Since 1990 we have also assembled electromechanical units, with a particular focus on prototyping and then moving into series production, offering a complete service that spans from sourcing the materials to delivering the finished, tested product.

Thanks to long-standing partners we can supply even complex units requiring a variety of materials, from sheet metal parts to electronic boards, taking care of the whole process chain.

Design & sourcing
Where the client asks for it, we handle the design, the sourcing of the necessary materials and the assembly, turning the initial idea into a product.

Hand-built production
Assembly of electromechanical units, including complex ones containing electronic boards and precision mechanical parts, even where specific tooling is required, whether bought for the purpose or developed in-house.

Final testing
Every part, whether a board, a mechanical movement, a cable or a single harness within a unit, is tested with dedicated equipment, guaranteeing traceability and functionality of the final product.

METERING DATA RECEIVING AND TRANSMISSION UNITS
At the request of Olivetti/TIM, we assembled — in a mix of contract work and full supply — all the units deployed by TIM for the automatic reading of gas and water meters at private households across many Italian regions.
AUTOMATIC DOOR DRIVE UNITS
The door that opens as you walk into a shop or a supermarket was in all likelihood assembled and tested by us, with harnesses of our own making and the rest of the materials supplied under contract.
