Every skill, under one roof.

Every project goes through five documented stages at our Mazzè plant. Analysis, firmware, interfaces and testing are not separate services: they are the skills we bring to bear, stage after stage.

Analysis & feasibility
We listen to the problem and the application constraints, even from rough specifications, all the way to a feasibility document in black and white: solutions, components, real costs and timescales before we start.

Design
Schematics, multilayer PCB layout and mechanical drawings to IPC standards. The people who design talk every day to the people who will build: revisions circulate in days, not weeks.

Development & prototype
First prototypes in the same plant as the future series. We develop embedded firmware, IoT integration with cloud and gateways, and the interfaces through which the device will be used.

Production
The series is built under the same roof as the prototype: hand-built wiring harnesses and electromechanical assemblies. We stay flexible on volumes, from a dozen to a thousand, with no compromises.

Testing & traceability
Every piece passes functional testing and is individually traced: serialisation, history and audit. The client receives a finished product, verified and documented.
